Step into the sacred embodiment of moving prayer, a practice of devotion, connection, and renewal. We begin by harmonizing head and heart with sutras and mantras to ground into presence, then flow into a Mocean Yoga sequence, moving with breath and intention to awaken spirit and nourish soul. A space for reverence and reflection, where movement becomes meditation and breath becomes devotion.
Join Kelowna-based fibre artist Amy Bradshaw for a hands-on workshop that blends felting with mixed media design. Using natural materials like wool, wood, shells, and cord, you’ll be guided through creating your own one-of-a-kind mobile. Amy will demonstrate simple felting techniques to craft small shapes you can incorporate into your piece, while also encouraging you to add personal touches such as beads, charms, or found objects.
Celebrate the fall equinox with an evening of renewal at Riverhouse. Guided by Chantal Russell, this two-hour experience weaves together yoga, Ayurveda, and seasonal rituals to release what no longer serves you and welcome balance, vitality, and radiance. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to embrace autumn’s natural rhythms.

Through gentle movements, breath, and intention, we’ll cultivate sexual energy as a source of vitality, radiance, and deep well-being. Katie Burkard is the founder of RiverHouse Wellness Retreat Estate, a space she created to bring wellness, joy, and connection into everyday life. As a 220-hour trained yogi, she blends her love of adventure, spirituality, and design to craft experiences that foster healing and transformation. Her vision for RiverHouse is to offer a sanctuary where balance, community, and the beauty of nature come together.
